Thanks UNV. I do wanna stay stock ride quality but Id like to have the ability to adjust them and have great performance...
Main reason is to even the Wheel gap and for the look
adjustability is a nice commodity!

the flex will give you the ability to go softer then stock and a little firmer then stock.

What kind of tracking are we talking about? are you going just for fun? are you planning on competing? Do you plan on doing a lot more suspension work? Do you have the time and equipment to corner balance your car? all these things factor in to which coilover i would recommend. answer those above for me and i can point you in a good direction...

I live pretty close to willow springs raceway and i would be going there around once a month just for fun to track my car. I am gonna do sways and struts along with coil overs. I do not have any way to corner balance my car. Any other suspension work you would recomend?

for what you have descibed i would recommend the Mono Flex system. Its the basic Type flex damper with added modifications to make it more racing orientated. You can use the EDFC system on these also. along with the sways and strut tower braces I would recommend poly suspension bushings. there is a lot more you can do but for what your talking about there really is no need. I would start researching you area for a local shop that has a 4 point balancing machine to corner balance your car. Really you want to have each corner set by a shop.

As far as Electronic Height Adjusting goes, I know Praxis has one for the BMWs... not too sure if they're doing anything for our market.
