Help Passenger Side Water Leak

Passenger Side Water Leak
I see a lot of people talking about the firewall but I’m sure it isn’t the reason my car is leaking water. I rerouted the sunroof drain tube to drain straight to the ac drain, so the firewall is no longer in play. I sprayed lots of water on the sunroof and saw it draining correctly. However when the water was sprayed to the passenger side of the windshield that’s when it started to leak. It wasn’t getting into the cabin air filter as the filter was dry. But I took off some of the trim pieces on the passenger side and saw some water leaking from the picture provided. I took off the grommet that seals the wire harness I think, and it was dry as well. So now I don’t know what to do. Is there anyone with a similar problem?

You have a Coupe. there are four (4) ways water can get into the cabin: sunroof drain, wiring harness/ firewall grommet, windshield cowl (via cabin air filter) and the door seals. You may want to read through this thread and see if any of those symptoms are similar to yours. Also, just because you re-routed your sunroof drain(s) does not automatically rule out the firewall wiring harness grommet from leaking. This post will show you what to look for.
Any indication your interior A-pillar trim is wet?
