Why won't my windows roll down or doors lock?

Why won't my windows roll down or doors lock?
The only window that rolls down from the driver's side is the driver's window. All other passengers doors' windows do not go down, not even from their own door switch. Also, the only two doors that lock with the driver's panel are the two left sides. I have a g37 2009
