I know Vizard paid a good amount because I know who did his. I bought the halos myself and then just had a local guy open it, paint it, and glue the LED while he was in there. Total cost: $250. $150 for paint and install. $100 for halo ring. Install and uninstall plus all the wiring to the car I did myself

The wiring part is what's stopping me from doing it sooner, how did you wire them?

Positive to the battery, negative to frame. Rest of it connects to the box that comes with the LEDs. The guy that painted and install the LED left the wiring hanging out from the headlight and sealed the hole. Rest of it just plugging in.

Im always a little scare to touch the battery. did you have to disconnect the positive on the BTY when you wire it? don't want to car to give me any funny code or have to reset / relearn the RPM.
No connecting the LED's won't throw codes or make you have to relearn the RPM. It's literally only two wires. One goes to the positive and one goes to a ground. You just need to buy an adapter that allows you to put the wire inside it so you can put it right onto the battery and put the bolt back. You can find it at your local hardware store or radioshack.
