It's "they're". It's a contraction of "they" and "are".

I had a 2010 G37 coupe that I drove until 2015.. never had an issue, dash was like new. Maybe not all cars? or maybe it was environmental/weather/temperatures?
Simple mistake, we all know what he means. But thanks for the head up brother I have an 08 g37s with a dash all cracked. So if I keep it, I'll keep an ear out on that suit
My '08 is a sticky mess but, thankfully, no cracks and I, too, have the gauge cluster cover starting to curl up on the edges. Seeing as these cars are 10 years old, I doubt seriously anyone, let alone a "personal injury and consumer protection" lawyer is going to convince Nissan/Infiniti to address this issue. Look at the rear timing gasket issue which has gone unaddressed.
Time will tell and while hopeful, I won't be holding my breath.

Anyone have any helpful tips on how to get dust off the sticky dash?
I used alcohol wet wipes to get everything cleaned up and it worked really well. Then I used leather conditioner to lubricate and condition the surface again since alcohol will dry it out.
There was a TSB for this way back in the day. I had mine replaced under this TSB. Cars been GONE atleast 5yrs now so that should tell you how long agon that would have been.
