passenger rear window goes down 1st time every time from the main switch but not up...takes a lot of tries but finally will go up. The switch on the rear door itself works perfect both up and down. Should I just replace the master switch?

Disassemble the master switch and clean the contacts from the main board.
Also clean the rubber push buttons.
Then reassemble and test it.
Will be just fine.
