Confusion with switchback turn signals.

Confusion with switchback turn signals.
So, I was just looking at these switchbacks and I was thinking about getting them. The only thing though, is I don't understand how they would work. It says plug in play... But if that's the case how are they powered to stay white normally? If the turn signal is off, obviously nothing will light up normally, so how will it turn white?

The style of switchback I have, the white light is on only when the headlights for parking lights are on, then blink amber when signalling a turn

I could be wrong, but I'm pretty sure that the 07 sedan doesn't combine the features of a turn signal and parking light into one 7443 bulb the way 2010+ models do.
For that style sedan, they have a 7440 as a turn signal, which is only a blinker. And then have a 2827 as a parking light bulb in an entire separate location in the headlight.
Right?

Yeah, which is why it confuses me as to how it's supposed to work. Or if it will at all? I looked up the bulb type and it said 7443 for 07, so i don't know if that was right or not.
I have also never seen the turn signals light up dimly when the parking lights are on, so i dunno.

07-09 turn signals use 7440 bulbs which are single filament, in other words they do not illuminate unless the turn signals are activated. 10+ use 7443 on the other hand, which are dual filament which means they illuminate partially when parking lights are switched on, and illuminate at full brightness when the turn signals are activated.
If you were to use switchbacks I'm pretty sure you would need a 7443 socket.

Makes sense. Although, i found this. That's definitely a 07-09 in the pictures
Switchback LED Bulbs For Front Turn Signal & Daytime Running Lights
Best i can guess.... maybe it comes with a second set of wires coming out of it that you have to wire to a second power source?

It indeed is a 07-09, but the description for the product says this: "Connect the wire to fuse box ACC for daytime running light feature or connect it to existing parking light positive for parking light feature"
So it would not directly be plug and play, but it shouldn't be too hard.

There is a way to do it in the 2009 g37 but you have to splice the wires, I bought the bulbs and it is still in their package with the resistor too, its been a year now lmao.
