Has anyone replaced their stock HIDs with LEDs for the main beam projector lights? If so, can anyone tell me what's needed (if any) in addition to the bulbs themselves? Any comments about the installation/is it just plug and play?


I'm looking at these bulbs and they say not compatible with headlights with covers, and our cars have covers, correct?

I think the stock headlights are 35watts, not 45 ... do not think I would put an extra 10 watts on a electrical system it was not designed for.

 

Your output will go down dramatically since the projectors on our cars are designed for HIDs and not for the optics of the LEDs.
