They look custom, iv look for tail lights for g37 couldnt find anything but wrapped or painted taillights

These are definitely custom - You can not buy these online - You can contact one eighty and see if they can run a design like this for you but I don't think it should be that hard.. you can open up the tail lights and run these red led along the side and connect it with power

Paint the whole thing black from inside so when you turn the lights on - It only shows the red led along side.

Tricky job but it's possible

I love how slammed and close the exhaust is to the ground, looks amazing. AAAnd in New York?! Ballsy.. The taillights are pretty nice too, very minimal and sinister.

i hate how theres barely anything for the g37 but damn the frs support is so strong. they got some sick aftermarket tails

i may buy a extra pair of stocks and modify to my liking maybe come up with something unique infiniti logos on the tail lights lol custom cut tint , and throw in some LEDs

Here's some custom sedan tails. Just an idea, I'd imagine you could do something like this with the coupe.

That is a photoshop of 'VIP' Tail lights. i used that for the template of my tail lights

I had these custom made. took over 7 months to build. Full sequential and show modes as well.
