Windows go down by themselves with key fob

I haven't had this car long but there's been a couple times where I turned around in my windows were cracked open is there something I don't know about this key fob causing this because I always make sure my windows are all the way up when I get out of my car thanks

Are you holding the "unlock" button for a few seconds on the key fob? That makes the windows go down..

I love this feature in the summer. I use it all the time.

In the U.S. our cars don't do that. You have to take the key out of the fob and hold it in the lock position in the driver's door to roll the windows back up.

Yeah Nissan has had this feature on a lot of their cars for quite a long time. Before keyless entry my mom's '89 Maxima SE would do the same thing by holding the key to lock or unlock. I think the GLE that year did the same thing by hitting a code in the keypad on the door.

It should just work after unlock x2 and holding on the second.

As for up with key fob, there's a module you can add that'll take care of that.

You can but you need to insert the key into the door itself and hold it in the lock position for a few seconds. Faster to just open the door and push the buttons thou lol.

You can buy modules to do all sorts of stuff

They make modules that can do all sorts of stuff: kptechnologies.com

This car does, but you have to "program" them by rolling each all the way up and holding the button in the "up" position for 5 seconds. Then your 1 touch up and down will work. You'll have to repeat the process if you reset your ECU or remove the battery (which resets the ecu).
