G37 Sedan trunk gaps
Just picked up a 2012 G37 Sedan. I had issues before with the trunk hitting the rear fenders (https://www.myg37.com/forums/g37-sed...ting-body.html). I adjusted the strikers and rubber stoppers and it stopped that issue. But now I noticed a much larger gap between the backup lamp and combination lamp on the right side versus the left.
Anyone else have this issue or know why its like this?
All the other gaps look even all around the rest of the trunk.

Are both the bumpers even?
It looks like one may be either screwed out too much (passenger side) or one not enough. When i put my spoiler on and had to unscrew the bumpers i used a tape measure to mark where they were before i took them off. I can't remember what the depth was but maybe do that and make sure both are at the same depth to make them match evenly?
IDK, just throwing out an idea. Hope you get it solved...

Went and measured mine and they're both at 5/8...

The hinges are adjustable anlong with the plastic bumpers/trunk stops. I took a socket to the hinge (somewhere in the FSB theres an adjustment protocol) and balenced out the sides. Might as well get the rust on the corners, while youre there.
