G37 Sport seats Vs. 350Z

I recently sold my 2006 350Z Conv. in order to buy a 2011-2012 G37 (for the back seat). I really like the idea of a Journey with the sport package, and am curious about the seats. I have seen pics and like the bolstering. How does the bolstering compare to the 350Z bolsters?

Unfortunately it seems difficult to find a used Journey with the premium and sport package. I have much more options sticking with the premium without worrying about the sport package. I know I have yet to test drive anything. I am on vacation and have to wait till I get back.

Never drove a 350Z, and I 'm not large. 5'9" 180 pounds. The Sport seats in my 6MT are very narrow. Have thought about a swap from a Journey Coupe. So, yes your butt will stay planted.

I have only ridden in a 370z so I couldn't comment on the 350 seats but my G37 Journey/Sport seats are killer! Both seats are fully adjustable so you can make it fit almost anyone. The leg and back bolsters can move in or out to squeeze you in place or let you loose and wiggle around, if that makes sense. Obviously there's lumbar support and the extenders to support your legs further out or in depending on your height. Hands down, the best performance oriented seats I have ever seen come OEM from a manufacturer.

I'm a slender guy, 5'10" 140lbs. I had a L4 lumbarectomy a few years ago. My 06TL seats got to be really bad on long trips. I picked up my 13 G37xS in November and the seats are WAY more comfortable. Go for the S, you won't be sorry.

I drove a friend's 350 one time. Seats are comparable but I can't give a full comparison.

I had an 06 350z prior to my G37. I would say my 350z seats were a little more comfortable and also built a little better. The bolstering on my G37 is like worn out or something especially on the bottom part of the seat on the driver side.

FYI, I am 6'2" and 260lbs. Size 40 waist, so I am a pretty big guy.
