brake light mod question
Is there a way to make the rear turns light up with the brakes????
Is there a way to make the inner LED rings the turn signals??
I have seen the mod that makes both LED rings blink with the turn signals, but can u just make the inner one blink???
Thanks

Well I did some searching... I found the answer to most of the questions... lol
But, If you do the brake light mod.. can you make the old center turn bulb, into a brake light??

I'm going to be trying the turn signal as brake like mod hopefully soon and have it planned out in my head, I just need to look at the wiring again to make sure this will work. I've wanted to do this since putting the V3 Triton in my rear turn signals as thy are bright as hell, and I did try it once with the Diode Dynamics module but without clipping/re-routing the brakes from the Rings and moving that circuit to the turns, the bcm still hyperflashed the turns when the brakes were applied along with the turns. But my thoughts go like this:
» do Diode Dynamics tail as turn mod to the tails and route turn signal circuit only to the rings and not the factory location
» move the brake circuit to the original turn signal location and bypass any brake wiring from/to the Rings
» ensure that the circuits that need a resistor module have one to keep the bcm happy
Hopefully this helps and if anyone tries this before I do hopefully they'll post back here with the results
