trying to understand my lights
After searching for hours, I cannot find the answer to my situation. I was trying to get a list together of bulbs that I wanted to replace for a different look.
So here's what I think I have for the front lights:
HID's...leaving them alone.
Foglights lower bumper area...H11?
I dont have the upper fog lights.....
I have a 7440 or 7446 style bulb in that spot, which is my turn signal.
A 194 bulb is at the very top corner of the housing, does not blink, just a marker I guess?
I also have a 194 on the side behind an amber lense. I think.
I'm only confused because I keep reading about a foglight in the upper housing itself..an H11? And a city light in the area were my turn signal is but i dont see it. I also don't have DRL's, so maybe this is why.
Thanks in advance for any clarity!

In some g37's, the fog lights are in the same housing as the main headlights. The city lights are located in the same reflector dish as the fog lights.
In other models, I'm not sure if it's a premium package or tech package, but in some cases the fog lights are a separate unit and houses in the lower inserts in the bumper itself. In this case, the city lights have their own reflector dish and are adjacent to the main headlights. Nick at Diode Dynamics on the forum here can help you iron out what you have and what you need.

Yea, I've got a base, no packages. I have fogs in my lower bumper soo the city light would be adjacent to the headlights? Which one are they, the 194 bulb at the very top corner, with a wierd shroud thingy?

On my 2010 with the technology package the auto-cruise-control-distance sensor is located where the driver's-side fog light would normally be (below the front bumper), so for G's with the tech package the fog lights are in the same housing as the main headlights.
