To single out a ring or to make them sequential requires taking the Tail lamp assemblies apart and countless hours of labor. The great thing about my mod is it wires into the factory harness through the trunk in as little as 30min.

Yep I figured. But this is still better than the factory turn signal IMO. Did you get my e-mail? My name is Troy (forgot to include who I was on the forums in my e-mail)

Got mine in the mail today.

If this takes you a half hour to install it's either because your trunk was full of junk or you took a 15 minute break between tall lights.
Took me 15 minutes and works FLAWLESSLY.
All you need for install is a pair of crimpers for the connectors.

Bottom line? You NEED this mod!

Thanks Andy !!!!

Got mine in the mail today which I promptly installed. So what can be said about this mod?

1. Requires that you cut some of the turn signal wires but it's relatively simple and you can always wire things back if a guy changes his mind.
2. It's an inexpensive mod that will give your G some uniqueness.
3. As long as you follow the instructions it should only take 30 minutes.
Installed on 2008 X Sedan

Is it me, or are the wires from the factory harness really thin? I can't even strip them with the wire stripper because the smallest (22 gauge) is still too big. Had to slowly shave it off with scissors.

Try holding the stripper at an angle to strip it, otherwise you could use a side cutter by cutting into the insulation a bit and pulling the insulation off.

Andy, thanks for the quick shipment. Any reason why one couldn't use a posi-tap or wire tap connector on this?
