Superteeth

Hello everyone. I got some new HID bulbs (Morimoto, which I have heard good things about). I installed one on the passenger side, and turned on the headlights to test them. When I went around to look, they did not turn on. However, I did hear a humming sound turn on, then off, so I had someone else turn on the headlights while I watched. It appears that the bulb turns on, then off immediately after. What can be wrong? Here is the kicker. The OEM Philips bulbs stay on when I turn on the headlights. I have switched them back and forth, but the new bulbs do not stay on. I tested some DDM Tuning bulbs as well, and they turn on and off too (I originally thought that the DDM Tuning bulbs were bad, but the Morimoto bulbs do the same thing).
