Is Osram CBI D2S the best bulbs out there?
I did so much research in d2s bulbs. When around the area in Jersey. Got crazy prices of 6000K, 8000K etc bulbs in pairs one year warranty for $40 with funny prints stating made in Germany. Online did research $ 60-80. Look around Philips/Sylvania. Finally looked at Osram which to my best knowledge are philips/sylvania, just that is goes by name Osram in Europe and at the end these bulbs/brands are actually made by Siemens. Well they clain the purest white, and even though its 5000K, it produces more light than the OEM 4300K bulbs. And best of all, no yellow, NO BLUE, just pure WHITE. Also states has a more wider light coverage. At $115 a bulb, would you pay for it, or what are your thoughts. Anyone has these bulbs on, pictures, videos etc? That will be great help!

D2S: Osram Xenarc 66240 CBI - HID Bulbs from The Retrofit Source Inc
Legit source to buy them. Sometimes have good GB pricing on forums.
New Osram D2S Bulb Xenarc Cool Blue Intense
2200+ post thread on them on a lighting forum. You wont find a more comprehensive discussion of them anywhere.

I just bought mine from The Retrofit Source when they had their Black Friday sale. Still waiting for them to come in the mail. People say they are legit and worth every penny!

They are brighter than stock bulbs and whiter as well - only a lil hint of blue. Osram rated these at 5000k temp, now they have changed it to 5500k.
XENARC COOL BLUE INTENSE
If you like the color of the stock bulbs then look at Osram SVS, they are even brighter than CBI. Stock 3200 lumens, CBI 3400 lumens, and SVS 3500 lumens.

Does anybody has pictures of these other Bulbs OSRAM SVS on? The CBI seems to be extremely bright! How much white and brighter can you get with the SVS.. 100 more lumens than the CBI?

Finally put on the CBI 5K from Osram, must say worth every single PENNY! Those lights are so BRIGHT and so clear, no blue, nor yellow. I got a couple compliments regarding the Bulbs and off course of the car.

Ok...I finally caved in!
I just bought a set of these from The Retrofit Source.
I hope that I will not experience any issues regarding flicker or powering up problems due to being a 2013.
Will these match with my 6000k LED bulbs & 4300k HID fog lights?
The stock HID color has a slight "yellow" tint to them when not viewing directly in front off them...I hope that 5000k will resolve this issue.
Any comments will be appreciated!

HELP: Something isn't right.....!
Had the Osram Xenarc 66240 CBI's installed today at JT Motoring in Hyde Park, MA (Boston).
I'm having an issue with the output from them...the passenger's side is very bright and light seems to be aimed at the ground, but the left side seems more scattered and leave a lack of light on the ground.
When projecting onto a wall, they seem to be level.
The passenger's side cut off is sharp, but the driver's side is blurry.
Unfortunately, I'm unable to take any pictures of this problem at this time.
I will try to get some posted tomorrow night.
Please...any suggestions/answers to why and how to solve this issue is greatly appreciated!

I decided to keep the Osram Xenarc 5000k CBI and they match pretty well.
The best HID bulbs that I've experienced in any vehicle so far.
I started another thread regarding my issue:
https://www.myg37.com/forums/g37-sed...snt-right.html
I need to take some more accurate pictures of them, but here is one with only a few hours burn-in:
It appears more yellow in this pic, but in actuality, it is pure white...it has gotten more white now and the fogs shows more blue in this pic.
