You can buy the lens now for $50 so it's relatively a cheap mod... Knowing that it's a direct swap makes it even easier!

Easy maybe, but time consuming, you have to dissassemble the headlight

Thanks for the inquiry and patience waiting on a response here. For your G37, the proper clear lens is actually the 3" STi-R: (3") STi-R - Clear Lenses from The Retrofit Source Inc.

Please let us know if we can make any other recommendations or be of any additional assistance.

Thanks again Jason!

Andrew @ TRS
The TSX-R is 2" and the recommended lens is 3", so which is it?

I'm thinking about doing it myself.. The tsx-r shouldn't be 2".. I have actual tsx clears and they measure 2.5... G37 doesn't look like a 3"

It's 2.5" and a direct swap but you will need to crack open your headlight housing. For those that wants to DIY it, Breftaka made a pretty good DIY thread on the DIY section but you must be patience and know what you're doing. One wrong move can mean a couple hundred bucks.

Op, I'm in Cali sorry can't help you on that.

The value of TSX lenses are realized when opening the headlamps to customize and paint.
At that point there's no added labor to install the lenses.

i personally have it and i can reassure you it is worth getting much clearer brighter cleaner look from the HIDs... B U T -------- only if you modify your headlights... IMO its stupid to open a headlight just for the projector... also its not a 5 minute job to put tsx projectors in so expect a nice fee for the work.

Just a refresh bump. FWIW the sedan use the 3" STiR lens the coupes the 2.5" TSX-R lens available here~
(3") STi-R - Clear Lenses from The Retrofit Source Inc
(2.5") TSX-R - Clear Lenses from The Retrofit Source Inc
Be sure to use the butyl sealing tape when closing up your lights, you don't want to have to do this again
OCI Butyl Rubber Glue - Accessories from The Retrofit Source Inc
Here's another thread w/ some visual help
Anyone do the STi-R lens swap? - G35Driver
