So, any progress pictures OP? I think it may be the first FULL plastidip car or unless someone can prove me wrong lol
Its funny how one batarang plastidip enticed him to do the entire car! . Dark Knight Status right there.

^You gotta be kidding. Wow.. There is actually a dedicated forum.
I have nothing against Plastidip, as I would use it for small things, but hey, its a crazy world out there lol

Thanks boys for the feedback. I'm going to get this done in the next few weeks. Just have some other priorities (new tires) before I go on with the entire project.
I've been surprised at how great the first coat has been holding up (considering its only one coat.) It does seem more sensitive to dirt, but the nice thing is that once all the coats are applied, I can also apply a clear coat that will protect the plasti-dip. Best part about all this: I can remove it at any time.
I'm personally curious as to what will happen in the snow. I live in Connecticut, and this car isn't garaged all the time. I guess there's only one way to find out

Yes, its actual possible. I mean, I know the paint has clear coat to protect it from the sun, but Im not much aware of Plastidip. But road debris is a factor as well. But I would want to see final pictures though.

There is a special cloth that you can buy that doesn't stick to nor does it leave debris on plasti-dip coated surfaces.
