Grammar aside, I already had the tint left over from a long ago project, so the mod didn't cost me anything. I think the unlit amber look is actually pretty cool against the moonlight white. However, if the tint comes off for whatever reason in the future, then I'll likely pursue an amber bulb... which is a shame, because right now I'm really liking the look.
As for the candies, well, I rather like butterscotch. They look inviting in your hand, and fill your mouth with creamy goodness.

I wrote him to ask. Hang tight, sniper.
I think you mean subtlety is key.

As far as cosmetics, maybe... but having yellow (3000k) color projected from the fog lights has more to do with higher lumen output and reduced reflection off of fog/rain/snow than anything else.
It's why the majority of OEMs stick to 4300K bulbs... aside from a few particular bulbs (namely the Phillips Xenarc CBIs 5000Ks which have the same output as 3000/4000k bulbs @ 3200 lumens), 5000K bulbs have 5% less output than the 3000/4300s, with 6000K being 12% less light and so on.

No, not those. Interesting design, but doesn't look like enough emitters.
