Awesome news RPM, glad the dealer made it right for you. Did you get to keep the old seat back for a spare?

Thanks.
In cases like this they need to keep defective parts to send back to Infiniti if requested.

Marc not necessarily so, from what I've read some early build 2012's do in fact suffer the same tranny issues as the '10/'11 model years !!!
No idea what are you talking about. I have a '12, don't see anything wrong with the tranny, you may want to try sport mode next time.
