Resistor question

Today I got my LED blinker bulbs in the mail. Each bulb came with a seperate resistor to wire. Does anyone know how to wire these?

The pieces that came with it look like this.

I would assume these go in series as their purpose is to increase the apparent load seen by the BCM. If you wire them in parallel, electricity would take the path of least resistance, and it will be as though they're not even there.

using the t-taps that came with the resistors, clip one wire to your green wire on your harness, and the other wire to your black ground on your harness. done.
