Time to change my HID bulb ?

I have a 08 coupe the lights seem to be not a bright as the 2012
loaner car i drove the other day. Can anyone tell me if the changed their bulb to Osram or Phillips and what was the outcome or is there a good aftermarket bulb that works with the factory set up

Morimoto 6000k HID. I have them on my vehicle now and believe me they are 100times better then the stock ones. Much brighter and the light shoots wider too! The look is a white blueish tint, looks so much better then the stock greenish white we have in our 08 coupes.

Is your car lowered? maybe you just need to level your headlights so that it doesnt shoot to the ground.

Have you got any work done with the headlights? dealership might've messed it up too. However, I did upgrade my bulb to philips 8000k. It is brighter (or perhaps the bluer appearance makes itlook brighter) and from the front, looks like a nice purple tinge to the headlights.

Philips 8000k? I think Philips only make bulbs up to 6000k ( Ultinon )
