Mine was a little off as well, don't know about the waves part, it was the exact same other than it being a tad bit lighter than the rest of the interior.... After some wear and lots of leather conditioner, its pretty damn close... I'd give it a 90% match. Overall I'm happy with the replacement. My new steering wheel and shift **** were both a little lighter, and like i said some leather conditioner on all of those parts made them a little darker. I'm sure with more wear I won't ever be able to tell. I hope this Invoice helps someone out.

mine has a bubble as well but I just wasn't sure it was worth the battle if the seats won't
match and/or the problem will just reoccur. I guess it doesn't bother me that much. YMMV

My service manager denied me because he never saw a seat bubble in his entire life. He thinks that i took my knee and pressed against the seat, which is BS. I am just going to use this invoice to show him that other people are having the same problem.
Just need 1 more invoice. Someone please post it.

Lmk if you guys need another. I'm about 10mi from my dealership & will run over there if you all need a second print for reference.
I'm telling you all Infiniti consumer affairs is aware. They're the ones who need to approve it because the price of the work is more than service managers are authorized to replace so they need to have Infiniti approve it.

For those of you that have had bubbling i'm just wondering how you guys care for and treat your leather seats. I don't have any experience with this problem in an Infiniti, but I've heard similar complaints about leather seats in other cars. A common pattern was that most of the people who had a bubbling issue were applying too much leather conditioner on their seats. As im sure you know, the more conditioner you use, the softer the leather becomes. If the leather becomes too soft, it will be more prone to bubbling. Just a thought
