Not sure how to get to the bulb, as we don't have those in the U.S. As far as resistors, try adding 3ohm resistors in the front or back instead of 6ohms. That might take are of the side markers as well.

This is my tern signal lights
the bulb is w5w. how to replace it and is it need a resistor and what size

LED turn signals always require resistors

.. Unless the car was designed for them. Which begs the question: Why is Infiniti cheaping out on us?

Anyhow, get the resistors. They're a requirement. Or tell everyone you modded your car for superblinkers.

Also - why don't they just put the resistor in the bulb? It seems like there should be ample room.

However, the secondary turn signals might not need the resistor. Not sure which signal you have there, doesn't look like the primary.

Do u know where is the original flasher relay located so may be if i try to replace it with hazard relay it will solve this problem because as i told u the hazard flasher blinking OK but the turn signals ether right or lift blinking fast
