I just never use my fog lights i always keep them to off. we uses them daily and what temp would you choose if you wanted them to match your 8k HID lights?

Are you asking what bulb you would choose to match your headlights? If so, well then if you have 8k bulbs, you would need to buy a HID Kit with 8k bulbs.

no the guy i talked to said there a great bulbs for the fog lights which are LED that match the 8K HID head lights

so you want to loose usable light in your fogs in addition to your headlights now? I would go with yellow fogs if anything.

if the HID's turn blue as the temperature increases what are the ones on the road that you see pink or purple how do those compare to the HID ones that get blue?

purple is even worse. that's reaching 10k+ in kelvin. those are useless and you may as well drive with a candle.

go with 6k HID, you get decent light output and some blue depending on which brand you get i guess.

That would be 30,000k

Like i said before everybody has their own opinion for color and intensity. Personally I have overpowered 8K in my headlights and foglights with 6k in my reverse lights and I love it..

Haha yeah thats true! i had them on my i30 they looked awesome and everyone loved them but you could not see anything at night!

white = right
Blue = Rice

Go with 5K, you will get white and bright and won't look like that Scion owner who went to Pep Boys and bought blue headlights. The G is a classy car, don't ***** it up.

Go with Osram 66240 CBI.

Please don't get the blue tacky bulbs. They look terrible and they blind the crap out of people!!
