Replacing license plate bulbs?

Has anybody changed their license plate bulbs? How do I access them? Is there a DIY?

I check the DIY section but couldn't find it...could only find DIY for headlights

there are (2) light bulb housing for the rear plates... they simply just clip on/off. (squeeze clips)

Have you even looked under there? I don't want to sound like an a$$hole but the license plate lights are probably the number one easiest mod to do. If you can remove the battery cover from your tv remote control, you can remove the cover to the license plate lights, exposing the bulb. I believe it's a 194 bulb. Should take 5 minutes at most. Good luck

The passenger side is a little tricky cause the wire is short. 5 minutes is a little conservative....took me like 7.

no offense taken! In all my previous cars the entire trunk liner needed to be removed to access those bulbs, so I assumed the same was true for the G. After I posted this (before I got any replies) I went out to look and quickly felt foolish for posting this question lol. I tried to come back and delete the thread but couldn't find the delete thread option.

Thanks for the help guys
