Its just a bulb size. like 9007, 9006, H1, H7, H11, etc.

The G37 (Coupe and Sedan) headlight uses D2S. That's what you should order.

I have the Osram CBI 5000K bulbs installed into my 2009 FX35 with adaptive headlights. I love these bulbs. Not only are they around 400 more lumens than stock 4300K but the color is whiter than stock. No tinge of blue or yellow. Just nothing but milky white!! The beam patter also appears to be wider than stock and the light is spead over the road more evenly. Check out my pictures:

Unboxing:

The car was dirty from the salt on the road so don't mind the filthy headlights. City lights are 5K VLED's 2watt LED bulbs and 5K VLED 2 watt bulbs in the orange parking light. Check out the Osram CBI bulbs in the headlights:

Here's a link to the HIDP bulbs for $190

GB: OSRAM Cool Blue Intense Xenarc D1S D1R ($235 shipped) and D2S, D2R ($190 shipped))

I don't know how you guys handle group buys but I ordered 20 sets of these from Sylvania USA for HID retro customers, if there's enough interest here they can be had for around $150 a set ordering them in that quanity.

I have the same ID on HIDP you can check my feedback.
Just letting you guys know that the group buy is still going on at HID Planet until the end of Arpil for those that didn't take advantage of it earlier this year. I just put in an order. Original price is at least 250 without shipping from motive mods.

Fire0nIc3 - would you mind posting the link for the 5000k led city lights you used on your FX35? I'm looking to replace my parking lights as well when I swap over to this HID bulbs but can't decide which bulb to order, was considering these:
