With your stock frensal projector lens and that second little cutoff shield still on your projector your flicker won't be that color. Your flicker will have more yellow and a little blue but from your driver seat all you see is white.
The CBI's themselfs put out a pure white light, what I was showing is what many people try to copy with a higher K bulb.

There's tons of people who have run them on HIDP from day 1, like me that have told the same story. It is a little strange but it's the very first ever yellow salt 5000K bulb that puts out 3400 lumens so we've tracked exactly what they do closely. I'm sorry I should have mentioned it in my first post about them because it is unusual.
Some have reported they look a little more yellow in the FXR projector but many bulbs do. The projectors in the G37 are just a later version of the FX but them seem better in the fact they don't have the "laser beam" low beams and I see no yellow in my beam at all. I still don't care for them much though since the high beam is worthless.
I'm doing a quad retro on mine most likely with RX350BX's in the outbound slot and E46BX's in the Fog position. I'll run the 46's with boosted Denso's at 75w with DL50 Fatboys. This will give me excellent high speed distance without too much spread. Then use the RX's with the CBI's at 35w for normal high/low beam driving.

Got my D2S Osram Cool Blue HID's (5000K) today from MotiveMods.
Shipping was fast and great customer service.
Maybe Im just being paranoid, but can someone confirm that these are genuine Osram bulbs from Germany???
I guess I was just a little surprised from the cheap packaging these came in when each bulb retails for over $100
Thanks!!

I think those are genuine. I've read that the genuine stuff are packed in those boxes with serial #'s. The knock-off (i.e. "OEM", which really aren't... supposedly) are packed in plain white boxes.

Finally installed the HID's from MotiveMods today and WOW what a difference the Osram 5k bulbs make!!
Much whiter and the light is spread out more then the OEM. The pics really don't do it justice when comparing them to my 6k led's.
Very happy with the purchase!!

Pic comparo for you guys. I made a mistake with the WB, but since i already started with the setting in the before, i kept it for the afters.
Photos are untouched other than the cropping and info text overlays. It's not as blue in person.
In fact, if you shifted the WB to the warmer side a bit, it would also show the somewhat yellower OEM by comparison (although, in these photos, you can already tell the difference.)
Only 10 minutes on the bulbs*, time will tell how much brighter or different the color gets after a dozen or so hours.
*On this end. Dustin, how long did you have the bulbs installed on yours?
