My passenger side HID bulb goes on and stays on during the warm summer nights. However when it gets colder the bulb will go on and when I go over a big bump on the road, the bulb will flicker on and off and usually stay on. I would like to know it the bulb holder is the problem or the bulb itself. The ballast has no trouble turning the bulb on and keeping it on once it's warm.
