Quad Xenon Dual Projectors

Just finished my retrofit project. Used the Morimoto Mini H1 projectors. Also swapped out the stock lens with a clear one and modified the shield. Onto pics:

You didn't paint them?

Did you had to cut a hole on the back of your housing?

Didn't paint them. I tested on a spare shroud and it didn't turn out that well. It looked good unpainted so I left them.

I didn't have to cut any part of the housing but the bulb does stick out the back. I plan to seal it with a rubber cap.

looks real good. in the output shots you posted, is that just the headlight on or the whole quad setup?
you used the MH1 projector right? not the morimoto matchbox projector?
is the bixenon of the MH1 also wired up?

The output shot is with just the mh1 on. The matchbox will probably fit in the housing easier. And yes, high beam is setup too. I simply hooked up the actuator motor to the stock wires. I'm planning to install the kptech foggiest module so that the foglight does not turn off with the high beam.

Nice work... Do you not have a big gap where the foglight reflector part used to be?

Not really, the shroud covers most of the gap.

Wow thats amazing..
I have few questions if you dont mind.
1. how did you wire the high beam of the new projector with the stock high beam wires
2. is there any cutting needed in the housing or the headlight?
3. how did you mount the projector to the headlight after removing the foglight reflector thing
I have been looking for this for a long time!

1. There are two wires coming out the stock projector solenoid. I simply soldered the wires into the stock ones.

2. No cutting of stock housing. The new projector sticks out the existing bulb hole about 2 inches.

3. I pulled out the fog reflectors and made brackets that utilIzed the stock bolts. This allowed the new projectors to be height adjustable like stock.
