I ordered mine through (6K Bulbs and Fogs) ijdmtoy.com and didn't have any problems when I put them on my 2011 IPL

Thanks for the quick reply, so both hid and fogs were Phillips Ultinon's just to clarify?

no, I don't think they carry name brand stuff lol. But it worked out fine, didn't have any issues, I bought the HID fog light kit from them also.
