Memory seats can be useful if you share the car with someone. On the very very rare occasion that my wife drives mine, it would set it up how she likes it and when I go to get in afterward I don't wreck myself on the steering wheel because the car knows it's me (my iKey) and resets before I get in.
The truth is I don't have button 2 set for my wife (as she thinks ). I have it set for me as well but with the exterior mirrors aimed to the ground. When I'm about to back in/out of a tight spot I push button 2 and the mirrors are aimed low to see curbs and such
The rearview camera is cool but after 30 years of driving I still prefer my mirrors.
I can understand why the OP would want the feature.

I find that my memory seats are quite useful even though it is mainly myself who drives the car. My seats have often been moved by car wash personnel, dealer mechanics, tire shops or even on that rare occasion where I’m forced to valet park. It’s nice to just press that button to get my settings back.
