OEM Rear Spoiler Installation

I picked up a spoiler from a fellow myg37 forum member and it didn't come with anything. I was looking for DIYs but it looks like I won't be able to do this since I'm missing more tools than I thought I'd need.

I asked two dealers near my area for a quote on installation and they were going to charge $330+! I'm positive this must include labor already but I'm assuming it costs that much because of the template and other parts that come with the spoiler when you buy it brand new. I called the dealer again if I can just order the template by itself and they said no.

Any one have experience with installing without the template? or is it worth it to just get it installed by them?

Take it to a bodyshop. They can install it without the template and will probably charge you 50-100 bucks

You are missing more than the templates, it comes with new hydrolic lifters for the trunk, new trunk stops/bumpers, wiring harness and the different sized attachement hardware and clips.

Ouch, guess I'm stuck with the dealer.

LOL, now they won't even bother doing it without a template.
