The bulbs pictured in the photo look to be the real deal. But you may take a chance on whether or not that is what you actually receive instead of some white box substitutes. That's a great price if they're genuine. If you buy them let us know if you get authentic Philips Ultinon bulbs.

Sorry for the delay guys. I've been hella busy as of late. The bulbs look legit to me and the quality and beam pattern is excellent IMO. They are much better than those 15 dollar ebay bulbs available. Ill post picks to show. The light output is still not as much as the factory bulbs put out which is expected from a bulb of a higher Kelvin temp. Here are some pics.
Ultinon on the Left. As you can see it has a more defined and organized beam pattern than the $15 ebay bulb on the right.
Just for fun
I was trying to get some night shots but my camera isn't equipped for that. Btw, These bulbs seem to make my fog lights usless. You can barely see a difference when the foglights are on or off, and I have HID fogs.

From what I have been reading, not all Ultinons have red salts. I know the 6700k have the red salts for sure but I'm not sure about the other color temps. I got my info from HID planet though so Im not to sure how credible thay are.

Hmm.. I'm by no means any expert myself, as my info is also more or less regurgitated from what I've researched online (I've been looking into ultinons for some time but have yet to bite the bullet).
From Phillips' pamphlet it appears as if all bulbs > 5700k have the red salts.
