Has anyone 3M Di-noc Carbon fiber'd their steering wheel?

So My steering wheel bezel or shroud has been chipping and looking really crappy and cheap and I was thinking about wrapping it in 3M Di noc carbon fiber. Has anyone tried this? It seems like a pretty good solution to prevent future scratches, and it should be a quick cheap and easy fix. Has anyone tried this yet? I remember seeing a thread a while back in the DIY on how to remove the steering wheel, but can't seem to find it now. Does anyone know if the entire steering wheel has to come off for bezel to pop off?

Here's a link to show how easy it seems on a bmw steering wheel shroud

mine is wrapped in CF professionally and looks amazing. Ive used both the CF cloth and the 3M Di-noc. In my opinion, 3M Di-noc sucks. get it fully wrapped in CF

I used the 3M di-noc in my A4 and it came out pretty good. With that said, if you have a lil bit of extra cash, I d go a step further and get it wrapped in CF.
