4.083 ring and pinion - they increase the ratio of your final drive (installed inside of your rear differential/pumpkin). it helps to overcome the weight of the car quicker. you lose top end though.

I had these put on in January of last year, mine are the 3-in-a-row sport ones. Love 'em.

Looks Good!

Been thinking of these since I picked up my car a few weeks ago.

Question - does one shut off when the turn signal turns on? In other words - if you are making a right turn (with turn signal on) - does the right one shut off? I see Audi's DRLs work in this manner - makes sense.

I'll be at the dealer tomorrow - will inquire about an installed price

probably not. audi does this because the leds are in the headlights and right next to the turn signals. they are too bright during the day to see the turn signals.

Agreed - but seeing how bright these are...it still kind-of makes sense to me.

Trying to figure out what took them 7 hours to install...unless 6 hours of that was lunch?

no they do not. not close enough to the turn signals to matter.

Got it - thanks.

I still like them....makes the car a bit unique as I don't see many (any?) G's with this install...

the reason it takes so long is because....it's not easy lol. If you look at the install instructions it is quite labor intensive. The wheel well has to be taken apart for one. They are wired all the way up to the shifter from the front. It's not just a plug and play. I agree that 7 hours is too long as internal time is around 3 hours for install which should be between 400-500 labor. They do look great though, enjoy!

Mine was the first Plaza Infiniti in St Louis had ever done. 10hrs on mine, several calls to their tech line, billed for 4hr as that is what they quoted me. I got a loaner out of it of course. They said at least the tech will know how to do it next time.

Yeah Sawgrass Infiniti said my car was the first they had done as well. I've had them installed for awhile and I still have yet to see another G with them installed.
