Have you done any research? Did the faux grilles from the 2010 fit where your faux vents are?

^ u have to custom cut those plastic inserts, might be a bitch. i wanted to do the same. talked to my shop and they said that it is gonna suck, he recommended getting custon steel inserts and replace the plastic with that, and then install the fogs

You'd be better off just buying aftermarket lights, not too big and using a hole saw, cut out your grills and mount the lights. Depending on the light you get will determine the ease of install. I would get a set with a finished bezel that will trim out the hole you drill. From there wiring is very simple and basic. The one other challenge will be the right side light, the washer tank will have to be replace with a smaller one or deleted all together.. this will take some basic tech skills...good luck, I'm always willing to help...as I have done this 3 times already

Edit: what I forgot to mention and one of the challenges of doing anything like this is, those grills point down and away ( outside)

So... any light you mount in there, you will have to compensate for those angles in order to have your new lights point straight ahead....
