i'm not sure how our G's work with the navigation and all, but i played things safe with a non-metallic, carbon based film by suntek. 18% all around + 40% in the front. i can say for sure, it's one of the most natural looking tints out there. doesn't fade blue, or have a noticeable hue to it like other products i've seen (johnson).

I live in CT and this is what the Tint law states
• Windshield Non-reflective tint is allowed along the top of the windshield above the manufacturer's AS-1 line.
• Front Side Windows Must allow more than 35% of light in.
• Back Side Windows Must allow more than 35% of light in.
• Rear Window Any darkness can be used.
I like the way the vehicle looks with a 15% tint, but guess need to go with the legal limit....Also, I have a black interior and 35% is not going to block the inside view completely..

Thats what i did and i LOVEEEEEEE it! Windshield needs to get like a 35 or 50...
The sedans with 30's looks like stock don't waste your money on something thats is a little better than stock. I know at least 5 people that had 35s and had them redone to 20's because of the tinted look they were going for.

yup...i really need the looks rather than anything else....i will have to go down and see the diff and negotiate with the guys...
by the way, what happens if i get pulled over for tinted over the law?

Here in CA it's a "fix it" ticket. They give you a ticket, something like $100, and then that gets decreased to $25 after you bring your car, with now legal tint, to a police station and they confirm it's good.
