Splash Guard Question?

Hey all, got a quick question... Are the splash guards on the g37 coupe easy to remove, is there any residue to worry about, anyone take them off before?

Well i just got my car back from the body shop after being in an accident and the rear right guard seems to have about a half inch gap from the end to my rear valence but i cant figure out why because it looks like its applied correctly, and i figure when i get my rear valence done in black again its going to look weird because that side doesn't line up with the valence like the left side does, so either i get the shop to fix it or i might just go with the guard-less look, i don't have a picture yet but i might get one up tomorrow.
