Do you not have Home Depot or Lowes or some similar stores? Why would they not sell it in Canada...

My homehardware carries it. I did a friend of mines mustang GT interior trim pieces and it looked great. They are holding up well, no peeling off or anything. Most of the parts we did aren't used or touched on a daily basis, or ever at all, just by accident if anything.

i'm not really sure if that's the path to go though. Plasti-dip has a semi rough texture and it's better for exterior coating. The inside of the car would look a lot better with glossy finish or matte appearance coating wouldnt it?

But if you want to do it, you can always peel it off if you dont like it haha

If you are going to clear it and make it a final product, I think you're better off just using real paint. That is my opinion...

Yea I think this is a better recommendation. To be honest, plasti-dip is very convenient and hassle free. The only down side is the appearance not suitable for interior parts.

On second though, if you don't look at it carefull (maybe 2-3 feet away) it's pretty flushed with the regular ol' leather dash board LOL

What about a Vinyl covering? I think a matte clear, or even this new carbon fiber-look vinyl might be a good option. Especially since it's less permanent, and is very thin.

We do exterior vehicle lettering and graphics, and have been looking into interior applications. This might be something we start doing.

ive considered that, wrapping is a bit more work, so i was thinking i could try plasti dip since its even easier then wrapping. I have been considering using some 3M Nidoc cf vinyl, but no time right now haha
