Scratches in paint

Hey guys - i noticed these scratches in my paint after i went out to my car this afternoon. we just had a major snow storm in my area (philly) and someone in my family (who are all refusing to admit) cleared my car without me knowing.

i tried to use meguiars scratch x on them with no luck. do you guys have any suggestions on how to get these scratches out or should i try touch up paint? my car's blue slate btw

i'm pretty pissed about it and would really appreciate any help you guys can give.

sorry for the crappy pictures but i only have my phone camera.

looks like its down to the primer, just to be sure take your nail and lightly rub it over the scratch, if you can feel your nail kinda go into the scratch, its too deep to buff out. IF thats the case, youd have to repaint the panel

You're best bet, if you don't detail yourself, is to bring it to a detail shop and ask them if it can be done. Even if you can feel the scratch doesn't always mean repaint, they might be able to wetsand.

That totally sucks, you might have at least one shady azz family member.
You sure it wasn't a neighbor? Are you positive it got scratched during snow removal???
