rear spoiler

i have a dealer added rear spoiler that is not sitting flush with the top of the trunk. it appears as though the adhesive used isn't bonding properly….

the dealer has already replaced the spoiler once, but the problem is still there with the second spoiler.

any suggestions how to fix this?
