Illuminated Kick Plates Warranty?

Does anyone know if the kickplate light is covered under warranty?

I have 2008 G37S with 13k miles and the driver side went out on me.

My guess would be like 90 days and only if dealer installed.

Did they come stock or did you order them after purchase? Either way should be covered, but if you installed yourself they might give you some grief if they can prove it.

Just open it up and stick a new bulb in it

My car, though it had 1800 miles on it, was nearly a year old when I bought it. A couple months after that the plastic cover over the Infiniti lettering started bubbling on my lighted kickplate, and the entire kickplate was replaced under warranty. Also I'm fairly certain it's LED and not a normal bulb, tell the dealer to fix that!
