Plugs installed

Here are before and after pics of my G37 with the OEM color matched bumper plugs installed. Not as great as a clean bumper but pretty decent.

Now if the Houston cops would just look the other way when I drive by...

Unfortunately yes, there were two bolt marks from where the plate attached to the bracket. Kinda sucks but its better than having a plate on there...

I used bumper plugs on my car when I moved and they are great. Just be sure and follow the simple instructions and it will look great.

I am also interested in the bumper plugs. I just had a simple question. You know when you take off the plate, it has that rough edges from the screws? How do the bumper plugs compensate to those rough round edges? Did you have to sand it down or anything? Is it worth spending $30+ for the pair? Thanks.

No need to spend $30. If you have some touch up paint, you can just make your own if you go to home depot and buy plastic plugs for .70c each and paint them yourself. If the screw edges aren't too roughed up, the plugs will just cover them up and sit flush.

In over 20 years of driving I been pulled over 1 time (campus police) for no front plate. I guess they are more lenient here in OH.
