Just curious is the license plate bulbs straight forward I just pop open the plastic case above the license plate and swap the bulbs out?

Has anybody installed an HID fog light ballast kit and knows the best way to mount the ballasts?

And i have read the DIY for the HID headlights, it's straightforward I get that, very good pictures and advice, Thanks for the help guys.

Yeah the license plate cases just clip in so make sure you don't break the clips when you pop them out, but once they are out it is very easy to get the bulbs out and just snap the cases back into position.
