Akebono Brake Caliper Stickers
Hey guys,
Over the weekend as part of the de-nissaning of my V36, i decided to "rebadge" my brakes from nissan back to their actual brand (akebono).
I made them using high quality MaCal pro9800 Vinyl, and did them dual layer to cover the nissan badge.
I also cut them "opposite" so that the letters are actually sunken and wont ever come off with a high pressure hose or anything.
I did them in silver & gunmetal, to look classy not ricer.
They came out great i think, will offset my new wheels great! (when they arrive! gotta love wait times on jap wheels )

They look fantastic loz. Better than your football team in South Africa and Mark Webber at Valencia this weekend. I kid, I kid.
But I think they did turn out better than all the Akebono decals/paint that I've seen on our calipers.
It never ceases to amaze me how JDM cars rebadge as Infinitis and in the States people rebadge as Nissans. It's just weird to me. If you've gotten more modding done since last time you posted pics, post pics of the whole car please.

Nah no Powder Coating. i actually like the standard silver color! (not going for a "sports" look with the car)
oh don't talk to me about the soccer! you guys are kicking ***!!!
ummm i have a few sets left.... they are a bit fiddly to make cause they are so small, but i have made them with easy stick backing, so install is a simple.
let me throw them up on my online store wait a sec...
Infiniti g37 sticker set
ps. i hope staff don't mind! (i only have 5 sets i made, i'm not really making them to sell...)
the other mods i have done are the rear badges, and the UAS airbag kit (which i will be posting soon!)

it's funny how many comments i have had since i put the stickers on...
*wow i love your new brake upgrade they are massive*
haha... i work for a parts wholesaler here in Aus. but honestly unless your gonna drop 8k on brakes there isn't much out there that is better than our standard!
The only thing i will probably be doing is Project Mu pads & StopTech discs...
