Anyone how to fix this without taking to bodyshop and getting raped cuz of the car i drive??

You sanded the plugs while they were still in the bumper and accidentally sanded part of the bumper around them?
The body shop isn't going to rape you because of they car you're driving, it's because you did something silly. It sounds like a repaint is in your future. Either that or live with the consequences of your mistake. Please post a photo of it.
Next time, sand and paint your plugs before putting them in the bumper.

That's where you went wrong. There shouldn't be any need at all to sand anything on the bumper period. Remove plate, drill holes out to appropriate size for plugs, paint bumper plugs (before they go on the bumper), put them in the holes. The plug cover the immediate area around the hole so I don't understand why you thought it needed to be sanded. To make it look nice, you may have to repaint your whole bumper. If you do, you can just have the holed filled in by the body shop.

How big is the sanded area? Can you pull the plugs and put a thin washer, just wide enough to cover the sanded area, under each plug? If this will cover the sanded area you could paint the washers. It would look better then trying to use touch up paint around the plugs.
