BUMP BUMP
The noise is still there, not that bad, I kinda punch the roof liner, the noise is like 2 out 10 when it creaks.. . I drove another new car in the lot, made the same noise but worse.

Yeah me 2, It seems that at one point, the seams touch plastic or something, and that's where the creak noises comes in. I wonder why its so hard for them to fix it?

Well they told me that they think the frame of the car is bent and the sound is coming from the mounting brackets (of the side airbag curtains) not being able to sit well. The way they explained it to me is that they dont really seem to know where the sound is coming from. So right now I dont know what to do. I can give them the car back but they may take a very long time to fix if its frame related.

this problem is so annoying to the point of me wanting to get rid of the car. i have this noise and another constant tapping/squeaking noise where the windshield meets the dashboard.
hard to duplicate the roof creak, happens 25% of the time when backing out of my driveway in the mornings. In addition to the brake squeel when in reverse.. that happens about 95% of the time.

For those of you that are still looking for a fix, why not add a piece of clear bra on the sides of your sunroof like I did. If you put it on where the weatherstrip rubs, it should stop the creaking. I used to clean my sunroof weatherstrip and sides every time I washed my car, and the creaks would go away until the weatherstrip or sides would get dirty again.
