Should I paint (OB) my Stillen Splitter or Not? On Black G37
I have a Black G37 Coupe, and the Stillen Front Lip that I ordered came in, and now ready to install.
Not considering about money and opinions of "it's not worth it to get paint done on piece of plastic",
What would look better on the Black Car that I have?
I currently have Vossen 083s Black Machined that I will take off, and will be getting Vossen 082s Black Machined set up next week.
Please give me your thoughts
This is my current set up, and other two are examples (Sorry Diego, and Von for burrowing your pics)
PAINTED
NOT PAINTED (FLAT BLACK)

It looks good painted but you might get a lot of rock chips. If you have other flat black parts on the part, I'd say leave it. If not, and you don't care about the "if it's worth it" argument, then why not paint it.

I'm rollin with the unpainted splitter on an OB (in ATL as well). I'm on my second one though, so I'm really glad I didn't paint it the first time. I think it looks fine unpainted though.
The first one cracked and ended up shattering somewhere on I75. I still like the look so I got another, but just be careful how you mount it. I got it installed the first time at Forged and they used rivets which I thought was cool, but in the end they weren't.
The second one I had installed at Fastlane (my regular shop now, highly recommended) and they used a few screws (more than came with it) and its hanging on like a champ.

Yeah. Fastlane will be my regular shop from now on.
I am planning to do 13 screws and 4 bolts.
Since I am gonna mount it really well first time, I think I am going to paint it tho.
So you have a Black G?? I am like only G in Emory University Area.
I never seen other Black Sport G before here. haha

I'm pretty sure that mine was the first splitter they had done on a G37, but no worries, they do good work.
These guys meet up once a month near Perimeter:

I haven't been but I think a couple of other G's on this board are regulars. I should get off my lazy *** and make it out there one of these days.
